Case Description Creating a Wavy Luminous Wall with Luminous Gypsum Lines and Foamed Ceramics

I. Project Background
For [specific space, e.g., the living room of a high - end residence, the corridor of an art gallery], the original plain walls failed to meet the client’s demand for a unique, artistic, and functional space. To break the monotony of traditional flat walls, we opted to create a three - dimensional, wavy luminous wall using luminous gypsum lines and foamed ceramics. The goal was to integrate decorative aesthetics with lighting functionality, enhancing the space’s artistic allure and visual hierarchy.

II. Design Concept
Inspired by the fluidity of ocean waves, we leverage the soft, curved forms of luminous gypsum lines and the stable, moldable properties of foamed ceramics. This combination aims to infuse the space with a dynamic, rhythmic quality. By integrating built - in lighting within the gypsum lines, we not only fulfill the basic lighting needs but also craft a warm, artistic ambiance, blurring the boundaries between architecture and art.
